It is our distinct pleasure to welcome you to this magnificent Tudor home, tucked into a quiet neighborhood on the northwest side of Indianapolis. We hope you will enjoy your time with us as you experience the “Country’s Longest Running Show House!”
The St. Margaret’s Hospital Guild (SMHG) members, designers, and landscapers spend months selecting the perfect home in the Indianapolis area: one that has significant historical value, several spaces for designers to add their creative touches, and beautiful grounds that bloom in Spring. This year, we have found all of these qualities and more in 4521 Sylvan Road!
The mission of the SMHG is to raise funds for the programs and services of Eskenazi Health. The dedicated volunteers of the SMHG are in the 3rd year of a 4-year, $1 million dollar donation to the John and Kathy Ackerman Professional Development Center at the Sandra Eskenazi Mental Health Center.
